Do you sometimes feel that event suppliers and event planners are speaking different languages? With great expertise and experience on both sides, there are still sometimes misunderstandings when planners and event tech suppliers talk to each other. When we understand each other better, then we work together better and build brilliant events.

MESA is holding a Planners Forum on December 15th which will bring together event planners and event tech suppliers to share their perspectives, discuss misunderstandings they’ve encountered and excellent collaborations they’ve built. We’re delighted that two of our clients (Fran and Roxy from MEI and Nicola from Seren Events) are speakers at this event.

They’ll be kicking off the discussions by highlighting what they’ve found to be important in event tech and event planner communication and collaboration. This will be followed by breakout rooms in which everyone can discuss the points raised and share their experiences, challenges and solutions. It promises to be an engaging and educational event in which all perspectives are welcome!
