Kubify’s Learning Toolbox is not just used for ePosters at conferences. It is also being used by lecturers and educational institutions to support their students’ learning. One example of this is in the European-funded 4D project. This exciting project is piloting the use of Learning Toolbox at 4 medical/healthcare universities to support their students and supervisors when the students are learning in practice (in real healthcare settings).

A project meeting was held in March at the Medical University in Lublin, Poland at which these ideas were presented and further developed. Raymond Elferink and Tamsin Treasure-Jones (Kubify Co-founders) presented Kubify’s Learning Toolbox to the Medical Faculty and worked with other project partners to start to develop the stacks that they will be using with their students. These stacks will be supporting:

  • Onboarding – give your students all the learning resources they need at their fingertips as soon as they arrive at their next placement
  • Effective feedback – give your tutors/supervisors easy access on the spot to expert guidance and advice on how to provide effective feedback to students on the wards

Kubify is delighted to be working with our partners across Europe on this innovative project. Look out for the results as they are published over the next year. This is just one of a number of cases where Kubify are working with educational institutions to co-design easy to implement solutions to learning support.
